Home of the Bellingwood Series – Nammynools

Release Day

Today has been a great day.

There is nothing like coming to the end of a process and then getting to spend it with my friends. Thank you.

I don’t often talk about these things, but it occurs to me that this is as much a thank you as it is a reflection of what I’ve done, so I want to tell you. A Heart’s Assurance did really well in Amazon rankings today, reaching #1 Best Seller status in a couple of different categories. Thank you.

Reviews

You are all so good to me. It should be enough that you purchase my books, but I would appreciate any good reviews that you would consider writing for me.

I would also greatly appreciate reviews on the first boxed set. This is the initial set of stories that I use to bring readers in to Bellingwood. Your good reviews helps other readers as they try to decide whether to start this series or not.

If you would consider (and haven’t already) writing a review for the Bellingwood Boxed Set: Books 1-3 and / or the Bellingwood Boxed Set: Books 4-6, I would be so grateful. Click on the titles to be taken to their respective pages on Amazon.

Thank you!

Last night after I put the newsletter together and finished my work, I took the evening off. I made a steak, had a glass of wine and watched The Greatest Showman (I cried a lot), and Murder on the Orient Express. That was fun. I saw Star Wars: The Last Jedi earlier in the week. I’m so totally in love with these recent Star Wars movies. I adore the new characters and it’s fun to see new perspectives on the SW universe.

Tonight it’s time to get back to work. I have so many things that I want to do this year – on top of the four Bellingwood books that I’ll write. This is no life for slackers, that’s for sure. Book 22 will be released on June 25th!

My website has been under attack. Yep, malicious attacks. The hosting company is amazing. They’ve been monitoring it and setting protections in place, but when these hackers / bots get something going, they are tenacious. Fortunately, so is my hosting company. Things are better. It was deadly slow last week and is getting much better, the more protections they build for me.

Holy Week

Today is the beginning of Holy Week in the Christian church. As we look forward to Jesus Christ’s death and then his resurrection, I pray that we all remember he came to this earth because of love – because of the Father’s great love for us. His sacrifice was made because of that love. John 3:16 is nothing more than a few letters on a sign if we don’t live out that sacrificial love every day – showing this heartbroken world that Jesus did this for each person, no matter how different they are from us.

Jesus summed up the entirety of scripture with four verses in Matthew: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Love God. Love others.

I love you.
